Results:

The deployment of the Pick to Light system has met expectations. The ease of use of the system has greatly facilitated the training of new operators and assisted with unexpected staffing fluctuations. At the same time, picking quality is maintained while minimizing errors.

  • The current error rate is below 0.0001%

  • 450 picks - current picking rate per hour per operator

  • 30-150% increase in productivity depending on deployment

The system guarantees a smooth flow of material into production. Visual navigation and easy selection marking by interrupting the light beam provide comfort to operators who are not overloaded despite the high work rate.
