One of the key conditions to ensure the quality of manufactured goods is to maintain sufficient training of operators throughout the production process. Only a properly and sufficiently trained employee can ensure flawless operations during the production process.
Due to the evidence of operators' work we can provide a complex overview of the level of operator training, monitor the performance and efficiency of work, help in the progress of the entire operation and adjust production strategies in real time.
Operators can login to work position by using an RFID reader. If they are trained enough, system allow them to work at the position. It is possible to monitor the level of competence of employees at work in individual positions and motivate them to continuous improvement due to the system.
