Veasy enables to create an invitation to visit providing the visitor with all the necessary information in time, all in one place. The only thing a visitor needs to care about is to come to the meeting place as specified in the invitation.
The system allows to attend to visitors in a quick and contactless manner, enabling them to go through the reception practically with no waiting. A unique QR code assigned to a visit allows each visitor reach an exact point of destination. The host will receive a notification of a visitor's arrival.
In the application, it is possible to sign documents digitally, go through an electronic training, and browse all the documents required for a meeting. A full visit itinerary is available to the visitor, along with leisure activity options in the vicinity.
